PB Refund / Cancellation / Order Adjustment Policy

REFUND / CANCELLATION

In case the preparation of your order has started, you can cancel the order based on following terms and conditions:

  • 72 hour cancellation request from the date & time of your pickup order, Pinecrest Bakery will reimburse you 100% of the total bill.
  • 48 hour cancellation request from the date & time of your pickup order, Pinecrest Bakery will reimburse you 50% of the total bill.
  • 24 hour cancellation request from the date & time of your pickup order, Pinecrest Bakery will not reimburse you for that order.

 

ORDER ADJUSTMENT

In case the preparation of your order has started, you can adjust or modify the order based on following terms and conditions:

  • 72 hours adjustment request from the date & time of your pickup order, Pinecrest Bakery will accommodate your request at a fee of $20 additionally that will be billed to you on the time of pickup.

 

Once you request the cancellation or changes of your order, it will take time to cancel the order, make changes, and initiate a refund if required. You will be notified by telephone, email or SMS.

 

Having the money transferred back to the source of the transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time without any prior notice due to uncertain conditions/occasions/disasters.
